Your emails are stored on your hosting account and can be retrieved via downloading to a dedicated email programme such as Microsoft Outlook or Windows Live Mail. Once downloaded, the emails are kept on your device or computer. This service is compatible with smart phones like Blackberries, iPhones and Android phones as well as tablets.

You can also access your emails through the internet in any country and at any time through the webmail system similar to Gmail or Hotmail. The Webmail system we provide is limited to what you can do and is not intended to be a permanent email client.

To have synchronisation of calendars, contacts and emails on one or more devices, we recommend the Hosted Exchange Service.
